• Specialized in Beating heart CABG, Valvular repairs, replacements and other adult Cardiac surgeries.
• Has done more than 6500 cases to date with about 22 years of experience.
• Dr Ramakrishna is a senior Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeon. He has trained at some of the best medical institutes in India and United Kingdom. He has also worked at prestigious institutes like NIMS Hyderabad and PGI Chandigarh in different roles and capacities.

Prior to joining Trust hospitals, Kakinada, he has worked in some popular corporate hospitals in India and brought along enormous technical, collaborative and consultative skills crucial for patients undergoing complex surgeries. His success rates are impressive and speak volumes about his professional competence.

Being a great teacher, he has mentored many competent surgeons who now practice globally.

Dr Rama Krishna worked in various vascular surgical institutes including NIMS Hyderabad. He does all kinds of open vascular surgeries like Aorto-femoral, Femoro-femoral, Femoro-popliteal bypass(FP Bypass), Embolectomies and Endarterectomies. He is specialized in the management of Carotid artery diseases and done more than 50 Carotid Endarterectomies with high success rate.

He is also experienced in surgical management of varicose veins and Medical and Interventional management of Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT).
